Summary of the description of the invention: the invention of “precise optimization tool for measuring and intelligent management of the amount of electrical energy consumption using the blind diagnosis method”, including steps 1- Identifying the active components and devices in the circuit, 2- Monitoring the entire circuit, 3- Analyzing the behavior of energy consumption and 4- Issuing optimization recommendations to the user.

1, first all consumers are disconnected from the circuit by the user and then each consumer is connected to the circuit alone. Then, by the power consumption measurement unit, evaluation and measurement of various types of electrical characteristics of each consumer such as the amount of current and active and reactive power consumption, and naming of the consumer is sent to the information storage unit.

2, the circuit is active and it is determined which consumers are active in the circuit using the data that is used in step 1 after each change in the amount of energy consumption, using the processing unit and artificial intelligence. In this way, the amount of consumption is equal to the total consumption power of which consumers.

3, the analysis of energy consumption behavior is done by the analysis and analysis unit with access to the information and data storage unit.

4, based on the results of the analysis unit, recommendations for optimizing energy consumption are sent to the user by the user communication unit.

The operation of the device can produce electric energy and at other times the same device can produce hydrogen oxygen gas. In both stages, ozone generator and the power of ultrasound waves have been used to increase the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte or to increase the chemical reaction. The ease and flexibility of using spiral tubular electrodes makes it possible to design various devices of hydrogen electric energy storage power plant, which are below three industrial examples above one megawatt, portable and mini-portable. The mini-portable storage energy converter can have all four tanks in one cylinder which is in the middle of the energy converter and on one side of it is the hydrogen storage tank and on the other side is the oxygen storage tank and the water storage tank around the energy converter.
